Wings of Courage
October 10th was our annual Wings of Courage fundraising event with over 200 guests in attendance. The afternoon was filled with music from
the Rick Leider Band, food and beverages from the Sidecar Slider Bar-Birmingham and Sherwood Brewing, and volunteers from the Woman’s
Life Chapter 864 Clarkston. Our founder, Edee Franklin, gave an inspirational speech about Sanctum House and the brave survivors to top
off the afternoon. Through our silent auctions, donations, and other purchases, we raised over $100,000 for Sanctum House.

A special thank you to Tom Parker, his family, and the staff at the hangar for all their work!
No Place Like Home
Every year we dedicate a day to tidy up around Sanctum House for our brave survivors to feel cozy and at home. Thanks to St. Mary’s of Royal Oak Parish, Knights of Columbus, our 4th annual Yard Clean-up was a success this year. Since we started the Yard Clean-up at Sanctum House, they have come out every year and put their all into the job at hand.
We are so grateful for their continued support for Sanctum House.
